Mango-Pharma

This section outlines some of the ways in which Mango Solutions are assisting pharmaceutical and biotech companies in analyzing their data. We use a variety of software, consultancy and training to enable users to access high value analysis of data in easy to use systems. The Pharmaceutical industry and their research function in particular, is heavily regulated due to the possible impacts on human lives. This means that analysis is carefully monitored and controlled and it is important that any work can be easily repeated. Mango tend to work in areas to allow users to interact with data to produce more intuitive research but do it in a manner that involves working within FDA regulations and always providing an audit trail.

The types of work that we are involved with include :-

• Assisting teams in different phases with statistical analysis and modelling
• Assisting PK/PD groups to link NONMEM to an analysis environment
• Producing applications that enable statistical programmers to easily distribute their work in reports
• Exploring new technologies and methodologies and advising on their suitability within regulatory frameworks
• Embedding complex statistical algorithms into other applications including the creation of brand new specific applications
• Producing training courses for companies
